Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sevakshi Helping Foundation values the trust of its donors and supporters. Please read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a donation.

No Refund Policy

• All donations made to Sevakshi Helping Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.

Cancellation

• Donations cannot be cancelled once completed.
• Donors are requested to verify all details before proceeding with the payment.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited but not credited to Sevakshi Helping Foundation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed by the respective bank or payment gateway as per their policies.
• If a donor makes a duplicate donation by mistake, the Foundation may review the request on a case-by-case basis, but is not obligated to issue a refund.

Processing of Refunds (If Applicable)

• Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing time depends on the bank or payment gateway and may take 7–10 working days or as per their norms.
